A little bit of history

In 2016, we started improving all sorts of business processes from our Overtoom location in Amsterdam. That was fantastic, of course, but we also discovered that being truly excellent at one tool is much more fun than being somewhat adept at ten.

Pipedrive became that one tool. Why? Its user-friendliness and extensive API are outstanding. And what also helped is that our target audience is a good fit: SMEs that are truly excellent at what they do.

What will you do as a CRM Consultant?


You’ll be the go-to partner for clients - mapping their sales process, translating it into Pipedrive, and connecting it to other business critical systems like ERP, billing/bookkeeping software, marketing platforms, Pandadoc, Slack etc. From analysis, development, implementation to adoption.

A typical day could mean advising a sales leader, training a team, preparing materials for a workshop, and migrating data. You’ll own our client relationships end-to-end, with the freedom to decide how to deliver, backed by the team when you need it.

  • Lead CRM projects end-to-end: from kick-off to delivery, including process mapping, configuration, workflow automation, data migration, implementation, and training.

  • Facilitate workshops and training (on-site and remote) to map sales processes, design data structures, and coach stakeholders.

  • Build and connect systems: set up pipelines, fields, and automations in tools like Pipedrive, Make.com, and Zapier. Advise on integrations and coordinate with colleagues and developers.

  • Safeguard data quality: consolidate and clean customer data, set validation rules, and ensure integrity.

  • Create insight: design dashboards and reports to track KPIs and conversion metrics.

  • Be a trusted advisor: manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations.

  • Own your clients end-to-end, shaping your own approach and planning while growing fast through innovation, and supported by the shared expertise of the team.

  • Drive adoption and change: make sure CRM becomes part of everyday sales success.

  • Share knowledge: contribute to collective know-how (Wednesday is team day!).

Essential


  • Experience implementing, consulting, or training CRM or related SaaS systems (e.g. Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, ClickUp, PandaDoc, Zendesk, Asana, Zoho).

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills for interactive workshops.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and align stakeholders like an air traffic controller.

  • Business acumen to translate processes into CRM stages, data structures, and reports.

  • Excellent communication in Dutch (Our USP)

  • Comfortable working independently in a small, flexible team


Nice-to-haves

  • An entrepreneurial mindset, appetite for leadership and interest in shaping the future of a growing consultancy

  • Make.com/Zapier experience and/or basic coding for automations

  • SaaS customer success, sales operations or enablement background

  • Strong data migration skills (google sheets) with high attention to detail

  • Hospitality or service industry experience

  • Education in the field of business administration

  • Interest in AI-driven productivity tools

  • Experience creating training courses or materials
